About the firm
A confidential, single-purpose investigation practice.
We investigate and remediate recurring non-blood biological deposits in shared commercial facilities across northern New Jersey. Our scope is narrow by design: surface documentation, pattern analysis, and remediation — nothing broader.
Scope
Scope & posture
We work with facility managers and building operators addressing recurring incidents in shared or common-use spaces — breakrooms, restrooms, stairwells, and similar areas where responsibility for a documented occurrence is otherwise difficult to establish.
Our findings concern surfaces, conditions, and patterns of occurrence. We do not identify, name, or draw conclusions about specific individuals; that determination, where one is warranted, is the client's to make from the documentation we provide.
Client confidentiality governs every engagement. We do not publish case details, client names, or facility identities under any circumstance — which is also why this site does not list named staff, credentials, or prior clients.
Team
Personnel
Field personnel are drawn from environmental remediation, custodial management, and corporate investigations backgrounds, with additional training in bloodborne-pathogen handling and chain-of-custody documentation. Assignments are staffed per engagement; specific personnel are not published, consistent with our confidentiality posture above.
